Our Kitchen
Cooked Here, Served Here
Our kitchens are in the same building as the hall — vegetarian and non-vegetarian, staffed by our own team. It is the least glamorous fact about the venue and the one that most affects your evening.
Menus are assembled with you rather than handed to you, and served from glimmering counters under brass lamps by people who work here every week.
